Developer Erasmo Bellumat, working from the reverse-engineered "reVC" project, has gotten the PC build of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City running on GameCube hardware. The port squeezes the game into the GameCube's tight memory budget (24MB of MEM1, 16MB of ARAM for audio) while keeping textures, FMV cutscenes and radio stations from the PC version completely intact. Nothing has been cut or trimmed from the PC version. It currently runs from an SD card on a Wii via the Homebrew Channel or Dolphin emulator, with a ISO version bootable on real GameCube hardware in the works and coming soon! Head over to the projects GetHub Page to get everything you need to get this running on your Wii right now!
